Covid 19 Update on Upcoming Events

I want to start by saying that we are praying for you all in this anxious and uncertain time. Through connecting with each other and encouraging one another, we continue to find strength and community through all of this.

Worship on Sunday, March 22 is cancelled. Pastor John will continue to record the Sunday sermon and it will be available through Facebook and the Pompton Reformed Church website. We will make a decision about future worship services after next weekend.
We cannot emphasize enough that we need the congregation to be faithful in giving financially to the church during this season. With the changes in worship, the downturn in the economy, we recognize that there may be a financial hit to our ministry and mission. One way we can avoid that is by the faithfulness of those who are committed to PRC. Please, give! Your offering can be mail to the church: PRC, 59 Hamburg Tpke., Pompton Lakes, NJ 07442. Also, your offering can be given online through the online giving tab which will direct you to Vanco on our website:
The church staff will continue to work their normal hours (Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am – 12 noon). They can be reached via email: or phone: 973-835-0541 but the church building will be closed.
All meetings and events at our church (with the exception of AA meetings) are cancelled until further notice.

Our nation and now our community have been affected by this virus. Changes and measures have been taken, stronger ones may follow. This will be a cause of fear and even panic for some. Yet for the church of Jesus this is a call to action, an opportunity for us to do what we do best—love and serve others.
