Youth Mission Trip

As many of you know, we have been forced to change our 2015 mission trip location from Ghana to Costa Rica.    Dates for the trip are July 11, 2015 – July 18, 2015 (potentially July 9th and July 10th as well).

Cost will be approx. $2,000 (before fundraising) which includes the mission trip fee through Lifetree Adventures (an extension of Group Mission) as well as airfare and travel insurance.  The costs cover airfare, lodging, meals and on the ground transportation.  Lifetree Adventures does provide lodging in a very basic hotel providing a bed and hot water/shower.

The time in Costa Rica is a tremendous ministry to the Nicaraguan people who have sought refuge in San Jose and have very little in terms of personal possessions.  This would be a work camp mission with opportunities to spread the word of God to the local people.
