Rev. Thomas Bartha has served as Pompton’s pastor since August of 2002. Tom is a 1981 graduate of Western Theological Seminary. Prior to Pompton, he served 14 years as pastor of the Ada Community Reformed Church (now The Community) in Ada, Michigan, and before that he was at Ivanhoe Reformed Church, in Riverdale, Illinois, for seven and a half years. Before entering ministry, Tom worked a variety of jobs, while eeking out a meager living as a guitarist & folksinger. Tom has been married to Mary since 1977, and they have four daughters, living in four different states, with wonderful spouses and two grandchildren.
